Surprise Care is a primary care medical office that specializes in Direct Primary Care, sometimes called “Concierge Medicine”. We care for individuals and families of all ages and Kids are just $10 a month with parent membership! We are also “in-network” with everyone, meaning that because we do not bill 3rd party insurance companies YOU can choose your provider, not the insurance company.
